The District is governed by a five-member Board of Directors elected to four-year terms:

Town Council meeting starts at 6:30pm.
The Sanitary District meetings are agendized as starting at 6:45pm, or upon conclusion of the Corte Madera Town Council meeting, whichever is later.
1st and 3rd Tuesday Monthly
